This week's theme is His Royal Badness, Prince Rogers Nelson. Now everyone knows lil man is really prickly about his videos being posted on the web. I found a performance from the 1991 MTV Awards where he's literally shows his behind performing "Gett Off". Hopefully, I won't get a visit from his legal dogs for posting this performance. But anyway, here it is.

Man, "Get Off" has to be one of my top 2 or 3 Prince favorites. Still remember when I saw it on TV that first time and it just blew me away. Prince can write some stuff that just yanks something outta your gut and makes it dance...

Every time I hear this song, I think of this performance, and seeing Prince little behind...I remember my mama trying to figure out what was going on with the TV and how they would show anything on TV these days...

I've had the absolute pleasure of seeing Prince in concert and it was almost two hours of sheer joy!
